About the Role

Ariat is seeking a Product Integrity Manager for its Apparel Quality and Compliance Team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of apparel quality and leadership experience. This role involves overseeing garment testing, wear testing, and ensuring products meet quality standards from development to production. Responsibilities include managing testing programs, collaborating with internal and external partners, developing product standards, and analyzing wear test results. The manager will also improve testing processes as business needs evolve and work closely with product development teams across all apparel categories. Strong communication, organization, and strategic planning skills are essential. This position reports to the Director of Quality, Compliance, and Product Integrity.

You’ll Make a Difference by

  • Overseeing regular testing of garments in production lots to ensure product meets customer expectations
  • Reviewing bulk fabric test reports to ensure performance meets specifications
  • Leading cross-functional teams to evaluate garment quality of high-risk styles or constructions in development stage
  • Managing all aspects of garment testing program and making program improvements as identified
  • Subject matter expert on technical and quality testing for garments
  • Managing all aspects of Apparel Wear Testing Program and making program improvements as identified
  • Performing benchmarking studies and other projects related to ensuring product meets customer quality expectations
  • Working closely with supplier quality engineers to help identify and mitigate bulk production quality risks
  • Other duties as assigned

About You

  • 7+ years of experience in Apparel/Footwear Quality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Material Science or similar field
  • Material and Product Testing Experience, preferably in apparel or footwear
  • Program management experience
  • Team Leadership experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Word/Excel and familiarity with PLM Software
  • Highly organized and detail focused
  • Forward-thinking, strategic planner
  • Effective oral and written communicator
  • Team player / Collaborator
  • Self-starter / can-do attitude

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
