Palladino, Isbell & Casazza, LLC. is an established and successful Philadelphia-based law firm specializing in all areas of immigration law.

We’re looking for an Associate Immigration Attorney with 2 years of experience working in immigration law, preferably in removal and humanitarian matters. The candidate should be admitted and in good standing to any state bar.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interact with various outside entities, including but not limited to clients, governmental agencies and officials, courts, corporations, and other law firms
• Draft complex case matters including affidavits, evidentiary submissions, motions, and appeals.
• Organize, plan, and schedule cases on priority basis.
• Handle and follow cases from inception to completion within the stipulated time frame.
• Review and approve documents and filings with accuracy.

Requirements

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Philadelphia, PA 19102: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Immigration law: 2 years preferred

Language:

• English (Required)

License/Certification:

• Bar
