As an Associate Project Manager, you will take the lead in both business and data analysis activities and project management. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clinical operations run efficiently, identifying data anomalies, and implementing process improvements to support our strategic goals.

Business and Data Analysis:

• Consolidate and analyze data to deliver accurate and insightful reports.
• Implement and review data analyses for accuracy.
• Identify and rectify data anomalies through diligent reconciliations.
• Support process re-engineering efforts and document business processes.
• Develop and present department metrics to senior leadership.
• Monitor department metrics to identify risks and set goals.
• Evaluate and model business solutions, supporting proposals for SAAS vendors.

Project Management:

• Oversee the methodology and processes for managing the portfolio of GCO projects.
• Support team members in aligning project prioritization with strategic goals.
• Maintain project statuses and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Establish and drive timely execution of project plans.
• Develop business cases to assess and quantify opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and define project actions, decisions, and risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in data modeling and analysis in Excel and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
• Comfortable delivering presentations to groups.
• PMP-certification preferred or demonstrated experience leading projects.
