Meest-America is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative for an exciting outside customer-to-customer (C2C) sales opportunity. This role offers unlimited growth potential with an uncapped residual commission structure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring new retail business, and supporting existing partners while actively engaging in market expansion efforts.
Responsibilities
SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Conduct market analysis to identify areas with high demand and limited retail representation
• Develop and execute a territory of growth strategy in line with business objectives
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and direct sales presentation to retail partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring long-term engagement
• Identify and reactivivate inactive accts by assessing challenges and providing solutions
• Develop corrective action plans for underperforming accounts an oversee their implementation
• Ensure brand representation including corporate identity elements and presence in partner locations
• Oversee agent agreements, ensuring compliance with legal documentation requirements
• Support Partners with basic troubleshooting of provided equipment and facilitate training on Meest-America services
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and IT teams to enhance partner satisfaction
• Represent the company at community events, business meetings, and industry conferences
OPERATIONS & FACILITY MANAGEMENT
• Oversee worker efficiency, payroll, inventory management, and procurement to support retail partners
• Monitor operational processes and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Manage driver staffing, support, and route optimization to address logistical challenges
• Implement quality control standards and enforce safety regulations
• Oversee facility maintenance, vendor contracts, and emergency response planning
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• 1+ years' of sales experience with strong track record in cold calling and territory management
• Must speak Ukrainian and English
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, results driven, and able to work independently
• Passion for sales and the ability to represent Meest-America professionally
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven, results-oriented environment
• Passion for sales and the ability to represent Mees-America professionally
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned territories
