Support Analyst – Communications, Reporting & Team Operations

One of our clients in the banking industry is looking for an Support Analyst to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll play a key role in internal communications, reporting, and team operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with leadership potential who wants to gain a deep understanding of IT business operations while building a strong foundation in communications and analytics.

***Only 10 days a month onsite in Phoenix AZ or Raleigh NC.***

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $40 - $50 / hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Business Support: Lead critical team-wide initiatives for a team of 60+, including organizing associate townhalls, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and compliance training.
• Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports for risk management, production support, capacity planning, and more using Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL .
• Content Creation: Design internal content and executive-level communications for leadership and associate engagement. Craft messaging that informs and inspires, across multiple channels.
• Process & Collaboration: Maintain process documentation, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive associate engagement events with energy and creativity.

Requirements

• Experience with executive content development and internal communications.
• Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL to develop meaningful reports and metrics.
• Strong organization and project management skills—you meet deadlines without reminders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a positive and collaborative attitude.
• Familiarity with business process design tools like Microsoft Visio is a plus.
