As a Call Center Representative , you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product/service support.
• Process orders, provide information, and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the company’s database.
• Meet performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction.
