Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Complex Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries and resolving complaints
• Providing product/service information and troubleshooting technical issues
• Processing orders, payments, and account updates
• Upselling or cross-selling products and services (for sales-focused roles)
• Handling high volumes of calls in a fast-paced environment
• Using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to document interactions
• Following scripts and company guidelines to maintain quality service

Qualifications:

• Experience in a call center is required.
• Vaccinated is required
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Type of experience needed:

• Inbound Call Centers – Handle incoming calls from customers seeking support or information.
• Outbound Call Centers – Make calls to customers for sales, surveys, or follow-ups.
• Blended Call Centers – Manage both inbound and outbound calls.
