Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Consultants , with a clear path to advance. This position involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional service. Our structured training program will equip you with the skills needed to excel in sales, leadership, and business operations.

Training & Growth Timeline:

  • First 6 Weeks: Learn and apply core sales strategies and client engagement techniques.
  • Next 3 Months: Master team leadership, HR processes, and operational best practices.
  • Final 2 Months: Gain hands-on experience with finance, payroll, legal compliance, and stakeholder management.
  • End Goal: Oversee multiple departments and play a key role in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
  • Guide clients through the application process while ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve performance targets and contribute to company growth.
