Showroom Location: 1300 Flagship Drive, Perrysburg, OH 43551

• Provide tailored countertop consultations for both new construction and remodeling projects.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations and offer expert product recommendations.
• Build relationships with customers and help them choose the perfect materials for their homes.

Job functions:

Sales Presentation & Product Recommendations

• Conduct in-person product presentations and consultations, showcasing countertop options to customers and highlighting their benefits.
• Understand the customer’s preferences, budget, and project scope to provide appropriate product recommendations, including color, style, and finish options.
• Educate current and potential customers on our products, installation processes, product care, and warranty information.
• Create and send detailed quotes, estimates, and proposals to customers based on their specific requirements.

Achieving Sales Targets

• Exceed store sales goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) through strategic implementation of consultative and needs-based sales processes.
• Create additional revenue by successfully capitalizing on upsell opportunities, such as warranties, product upgrades, and service add-ons.

Order Processing & Follow-Up

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure all required paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure the timely fulfillment and delivery of orders.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders and address any issues that may arise before, during, or after installation.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Use company software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks, ensuring that all data is up to date.
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints by offering appropriate solutions, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Product Knowledge & Training

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on countertop materials, installation processes, and industry standards.
• Participate in regular training sessions to ensure a deep understanding of new products and best sales practices.

Showroom Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the showrooms to ensure products and décor remain on-brand.
• Five-day work week with mandatory Saturdays
• Showroom Hours: Closed Sunday. Open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
