Design Verification Manager - San Jose, California

We’re looking for an experienced Design Verification Manager to lead a multi-site team focused on pre-silicon verification of complex SoCs for next-generation automotive systems (ADAS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead verification strategy, planning, and execution across multiple sites.
• Work closely with architects and designers to define verification requirements.
• Drive functional coverage closure and support FPGA validation and silicon bring-up.
• Implement automation and continuous improvement flows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
• 15+ years’ experience in SoC design verification across advanced nodes.
• Strong background in ARM/Tensilica architectures, NoC, and bus protocols.
• Proficient in SystemVerilog, UVM, C/C++, and scripting (Python/Perl).
• Automotive functional safety knowledge (ISO 26262) is a plus.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
