CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
*1st, 2nd, 12hr shifts and weekends available
-12am - 8am shift
-8am - 4pm shift
-4pm - 12a shift
-4pm - 8pm shift
-8pm - 8am shift
-8am - 8pm shift

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Personal care: Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
* Feeding: Cooking meals that meet client dietary needs
* Transportation: Helping clients get to appointments and organizing transportation arrangements
* Health care: Medical monitoring and reminding clients to take their medications
* Life skills: Teaching communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
* Behavior plans: Creating plans to help clients achieve their goals
* Housekeeping: Vacuuming, washing dishes, and tidying

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


The following are required:


* Ability to implement health care plans and to respond appropriately in an emergency
* Behavioral Health experience
* Three references
* High school graduate or equivalent required
* Complete a TN Fingerprint Background Check
* 18+ years old, eligible to work in the United States
* A valid driver's license
* Current Tuberculosis Screening
