Job Description

Our client, an educational foundation, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their foundations President in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will excel in calendar and schedule management, communication, and supporting high-level projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, events, and travel
• Prepare presentations and communication materials
• Prioritize and organize executives' time and ensure they are prepared for daily activities
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism
• Coordinate and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
• Support special projects, including travel and event coordination

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Concur Expense Reporting, and technology applications
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship fostering skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and meet deadlines
