What You’ll Do: In this role, you'll primarily focus on working one-on-one with our existing clients, developing deep relationships and helping them achieve their financial goals. From customized financial planning to providing advice on investments, insurance, and retirement, you'll be the trusted advisor clients rely on. You'll also be responsible for calling on leads and nurturing prospects in the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth transition from potential client to long-term partnership. Best of all, you’ll take on established client relationships upon completing training, with additional clients added to your portfolio over time.

Key Traits We’re Looking For:

• Ability to nurture and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in financial services
• Series 65 and Life and Health licenses required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation preferred

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present tailored financial plans
• Assist the lead Advisors with meeting individual and team goals
• Offer financial planning expertise across investment, insurance, and retirement
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Call on leads and manage the prospect pipeline
