Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Lead at The Grove CLT located in Charlotte, NC. The Cafe Lead will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, food service, food safety, customer service, and managing food & beverage operations on a day-to-day basis. Our cafe menu boasts a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options working with Charlotte partners: Green Brothers, Kid Cashew, Verdant Bread, Pizza Baby, just to name a few of the local purveyors we work with. In this leadership role, curiosity is a must. We refresh our menu quarterly to keep things fresh and are always open to new ideas! Be prepared to improve our current SOPs and to manage a hardworking team.

Our operating hours are a dream in hospitality! We are open Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM and on the weekends from 8 AM to 1 PM, sometimes later for special events.
