About the Role : We are looking for a highly motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead our ambitious TEAM, ensuring outstanding guest service and cleanliness. You will be responsible for the hotel's Housekeeping operations, ensuring our housekeeping TEAM meets guests needs and delivering outstanding service and performance.

Responsibilities: The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping department, along with ensuring smooth operations, including rooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies. You will be expected to maintain the highest cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency level while adhering to brand standards and achieving guest satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members. 

Requirements:  

  • Prior 2+ years’ experience in a Hyatt brand or hotel environment
  • Hyatt brand preferred  
  • Prior work experience is required and Bi-lingual (English and Spanish speaking) is a plus 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines 
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods 
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds 
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed 

Compensation: $60,000-70,000 annually based on experience 

This position is at a location where Hyatt is not the employer. The employer of individuals working at this hotel may be a third-party management company that is responsible for all employment benefits and obligations at this location.
