About the Role:

As an Intake Coordinator at Visiting Angels, you’ll play a crucial role in promoting the reputation of our organization while providing outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with potential clients and their families, connecting them to our team, and assisting with the scheduling of care coordination visits. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers and their families, introducing them to Visiting Angels and our services.
• Schedule care coordination/assessment visits with community liaisons.
• Provide friendly, supportive customer service to callers, addressing their needs and connecting them to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with other office activities as directed by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales.
• Strong customer service background with a focus on positive phone communications.
• Previous experience in home care or intake is preferred.
• Ability to commute to Scottsdale, AZ (required).
