Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be managing the intake process for new referrals, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient information, and facilitating communication between various team members as well as patients and caregivers. This Full-Time role offers a rate of $25 per hour in addition to the benefits listed below.
