Steffens Insurance Group is seeking a highly motivated, qualified and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering them the best coverage options available. Responsibilities:

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty license (required)
• Life & Health license is a plus (must be able to obtain)
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification: Insurance Producer License (Required)
