Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

• 5+ years of logistics, supply chain, NPI, OEM experience

• Ability to make key decisions and deliver results under tight and critical timelines

Our client is seeking a Logistics NPI Readiness Manager to be responsible for key NPI Logistics Readiness tasks ensuring flawless launch execution within the Client’s Worldwide Logistics Organization. This team works very closely with both domestic and international operations teams, packaging engineering, readiness & OEMs to ensure overall readiness for product launch. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment who is also detail-orientated and can quickly pick up and lead programs/processes.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead new product readiness and sustaining product support across key programs

• Lead the worldwide communication of assigned responsibilities during weekly readiness meetings

• Serve as the Worldwide Logistics forum lead, as required and collaborate with regional teams to resolve operational issues, gaps in processes and critical issues

• Coordinate key administrative logistics tasks & functions to assist overall NPI team

• Improve tools and processes to more efficiently and securely manage logistics processes for new product launches

• Evaluate risks, plan and implement contingencies to mitigate
