Logistics Coordinator Manager

• Step into a newly created role and play a pivotal part in the success of Miller's Bio Farm's new logistics division

• Commit to approximately 50 hours per week, with after-hours availability to support drivers
• Oversee the driver recruitment, hiring, onboarding, terminations, and fleet growth
• Plan & manage delivery routes and ensure products reach customers in perfect condition
• Schedule drivers, manage an 8-vehicle fleet, and optimize loads for efficiency
• Ensure accurate, timely shipping operations with top-notch customer service
• Collaborate with vendors, transportation, & internal teams to improve logistics
• Monitor quality and regulatory compliance throughout the supply chain
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, fostering communication and problem-solving

We are a growing company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator Manager to oversee logistics and supply chain operations. In this role, you'll keep daily shipping running smoothly, improve supply chain processes, and help us stay on track to meet our production goals. Our Ideal Logistics Coordinator Manager:

• Experienced: Background in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred. Door-to-door delivery experience is required.
• Dedicated : Willing to go above and beyond to ensure job completion and that operations run smoothly, enabling Miller's Bio Farm to maintain its reputation as a reliable food source for all customers.
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus.
• Organized: Skilled at managing schedules, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicative: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Independent: Able to accomplish tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative: Works closely with teammates to share information, ideas, schedules, challenges, and solutions.
• Aligned with Values: Embraces Miller's Bio Farm's core values and shares our commitment to health, nutrition, and sustainable practices.
• Active: Lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks as needed.
• Willing to travel occasionally
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for five years

What we offer our Logistics Coordinator Manager:

• $22-$26 per hour – DOE with overtime after 40 hours
