Job Description

Jovie Nannies + Sitters is seeking a nurturing and experienced nanny to join our team in Parkville, MO. We place pre-screened families with our exceptional caregivers who prioritize child development and create loving and supportive environments.

About the Position:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Location: Parkville, MO (Zip Code: 64152) - Near Weatherby Lake

Start Date: April 28th, 2024

Duration: Approximately 6 weeks (flexible)

Responsibilities:

Provide loving and attentive care for a 2-year-old daughter.

Engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.

Prepare healthy snacks and meals.

Assist with playtime, both indoors and outdoors.

Maintain a clean and organized play area.

Assist with light housekeeping duties related to childcare.

The Ideal Candidate:

 

• At least 2 years of experience caring for toddlers.
• Passionate about child development and early childhood education.
• 3-5 childcare references that highlight work with toddlers and reliability
• Patient, nurturing, and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• A valid DL and reliable vehicle with a clean record- dmv & criminal
• CPR and First Aid certified.
