Job Title: Power BI Developer

Location: Irving, TX (Remote)

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

Deliver customized analyses by leveraging internal and external raw and published data, as well as structured and unstructured datasets.
Incorporate competitive factors and client differentiators into analysis and synthesize actionable insights.
Utilize advanced data visualization tools to create compelling visual stories.
Manage advanced data management tools for complex analysis and present insights to stakeholders.
Plan and implement data strategies and oversee medium to large-scale projects.
Research and integrate best practices for identifying data sources and analyzing information.
Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations effectively.
Influence stakeholder decisions by advising and counseling based on data-driven insights.
Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and understand business processes.
Develop and maintain data sets while coordinating with others on dependencies.

Educational Qualifications:

Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certifications in multiple technologies are highly desirable.

Skills:

Mandatory Skills:

Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, Azure Delta Lake, Databricks, R, and Python.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SQL.
Strong analytical, database, and spreadsheet skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high productivity with accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Clinical Database (CDB), Operational Database (ODB), or Procedural Analytics (PA).
Proficiency with SAS, R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
