Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Recruiting Specialist to join their client's team in Washington. The ideal candidate will have a knack for sourcing, engaging, and attracting top talent while supporting the broader HR team in their recruitment efforts. Primary Responsibilities

• Contacts job seeker leads and applicants
• Responsible for proactively identifying and attracting potential candidates for open positions by utilizing various sourcing strategies, including online platforms, professional networks, and industry databases
• Reviews resumes and conducts phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
• Drafts offers and coordinates candidates through preemployment process (background, drug screen, and driving documents)
• Build strong working relationships with Hiring Managers and HR staff to support hiring needs
• Help identify potential opportunities within recruitment and sourcing processes in efforts for ongoing candidate engagement and maintenance of candidate pools
• Assist in sustaining recruiting metrics and maintaining accurate recruiting database records in applicant tracking system (ADP) and spreadsheets
• Assist and coordinate recruitment events including employer presentations, onsite or virtual hiring events
• Participate in group HR Projects or other administrative Human Resources activities as needed

Monday through Friday - 8AM-5PM

On-site in Kent, WA

Software Experience Needed:

Office Suite, ADP, Office Suite, Indeed, any other industry specific knowledge

Pay Range: $25 - $29 per hour
