Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for critical sales activities supporting the growing business across all customers. This role requires an understanding of consumer product goods, and retailer processes. The Sales Coordinator works closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to coordinate the accuracy of all incoming POs to ensure margin is achieved, supports new program launches, and the creation of selling materials. The Sales Coordinator reports to the Director of Sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the PO audit process, to ensure all incoming POs from customers are accurate and inputted into NetSuite once confirmed.
  • Responsible for the coordination internally and externally if incoming POs are inaccurate to correct as needed to ensure margin is maintained as expected.
  • Responsible for key administrative activities for new programs and items across existing and new customers to drive the project timeline to meet critical deadlines.
  • Supports the sales team in creation of new selling materials for new and existing customers.
  • Support continuous improvement opportunities where identified.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; 3+ years of experience in consumer product goods.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfort in managing multiple projects, working with various cross functional groups.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Curiosity and vigor to learn, grow and challenge the status quo.
  • Experience in NetSuite or similar ERP.
  • Good Microsoft Office Suite skills in particular with Excel and PowerPoint.

Work Schedule:

Hybrid Schedule - Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM with variation based on business demands

Pay range: $70,000 to $80,000
