The Role

We’re seeking a commission-only Security Representative to join our team in Northern Virginia. You’ll be the face of EGS to new clients — building relationships, identifying facility needs, and closing deals that help secure people and property.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and connect with residential communities, private schools, commercial properties, and other corporate sites
• Conduct on-site assessments and offer tailored security solutions
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and a simple CRM to track pipeline
• Represent EGS with integrity and local insight
• Earn competitive commissions for each contract closed — the more you bring in, the more you take home

What You Bring:

• A persuasive, relationship-first approach to sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Local knowledge of Northern Virginia and the surrounding areas
• Experience in security, B2B sales, or customer service preferred
• Self-motivation — you drive your own income
