Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location : REMOTE

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role will work closely with the platform architect, developers, project manager, business analysts, and stakeholders to implement scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop service catalogs and support implemented ServiceNow applications, including IT service management.

• Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, and flow designer workflows.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.

• Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.

• Maintain technical documentation and support platform upgrades.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow configuration.

• Experience developing in modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.

• Proficiency with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow APIs.

• Experience with Agile development practices.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Developer or Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
