Job Description

We are seeking a SolidWorks Drafter to develop 3D models and detailed mechanical and electrical drawings for oil and gas processing equipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring design accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and seamless collaboration with engineering teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D CAD models, general arrangement drawings, and fabrication blueprints.
• Create and revise P&ID schematics, layouts, and assembly drawings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ASME codes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare bill of materials (BOMs) and validate designs.
• Perform quality checks and peer reviews to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Associate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD for modeling and drafting.
• Strong understanding of P&ID interpretation, piping layouts, and fabrication processes.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
