Your Role at YES!

Recruiting:

• Effective interviewing and screening for field positions and provide coaching and general guidance on interviewing best practices, preparing for in-person interviews and delivering candidate job offers.
• Provide relationship building with field leaders and provide coaching and general guidance on recruitment efforts for open positions.
• Coordinate with field leadership on monthly calls to discuss open positions and problem solving for hard to fill positions.
• Travel to regions to meet with local teams to develop relationships and facilitate on site needs, including external partnerships or hiring events.
• Proactively identify and engage with qualified candidates to source for future job openings within the company.

Retention:

• Assist Senior Talent Strategy Manager with retention, turnover and employee onboarding projects and initiatives.
• Ensure that new hires have a seamless onboarding experience from time of formal offer to first day of work.
