Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
· Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
· Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS), Workday preferred.

Job Description
In this role, you will partner with the University Relations team to find and attract the best talent to our client. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, relationship building, campus events, and sourcing across all business units and levels (Undergrad, Masters, & PhDs). You will build credible relationships with hiring managers by finding great candidates and providing sound advice during the hiring cycle. A successful candidate will be results driven, detail oriented, and creative!
Responsibilities:
· Partner with business, hiring managers, and interview teams throughout the hiring process: managing extensive pipelines, screening applicants, interview scheduling, and closing candidates.
· High interest and understanding in the business to quickly adapt and flex as business grows and shifts.
· Constant ability to identify and implement new processes and strategies to improve and innovate.
· Partner with the Campus Program Manager to review, determine, and strategize investments in campus recruiting at top technical schools.
· Build relationships with student groups, professors and career center staffs to plan events and build strong presence on campus.
Compensation: $40/hr to $45/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
