Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the flexographic converting and packaging industries
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads and inquiries
• Present and sell plate-making equipment, flexo plates, consumables and services tailored to client needs
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with internal technical and customer service teams to deliver best-in-class solutions

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience (flexographic/printing/packaging industry strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of flexographic printing processes and terminology
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory independently
• Willingness to travel as needed
