Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5+ years of experience with Infrastructure automation tools(Terraform), focusing on IaC and immutable infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience with GCP cloud offerings
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Google Cloud's GKW/Anthos product technology and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining the root cause for customer-reported issues, building tools, and faster diagnosis.
• Software development experience in one of the OO programming languages: Java, Go, and or Python
• Understanding of good cloud architecture to ensure high availability while ensuring the highest level of security and visibility.
• Strong background in Containers & Orchestration Technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift
• Understand Traffic Flow Management, including the Service Mesh concept, with experience in Istio preferred, and how GTM and LTMs manage traffic flows.
• Experience with Logging and Monitoring tools such as Stackdriver, Prometheus, Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
• FinOps (cloud) domain knowledge preferred.
• Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges and articulate solutions.
• Confirmed support of production systems at scale.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and exploit them to their optimal potential.
• Act as consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Google Cloud.
• Terraform Associate Certification is preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Development experience with programming languages
