General Information We are a quickly growing mid-size company near downtown Denver looking for a Warehouse Manager with 7+ years of experience as our Warehouse Manager of 22 years reaches retirement. This role will oversee the daily operations in our 40,000 square foot warehouse including a staff of 8 employees/ temps. The operations include shipping for several hundred daily orders (small parcel and LTL) and receiving activities for an average of 3 containers per week.  Role Requirements Managing a team in a distribution warehouse WMS systems administrative duties Maintain cycle count procedures along with inventory accuracy Typical hours are 8:00-5:00 but you may require additional occasional weekend work for the team to keep on schedule Various equipment: Forklift, stand up forklift, and reach truck Organize scheduling of container deliveries, lumping services, and pick ups Enforce and support safety programs and guidelines The ability to develop, lead, and execute on projects Perform standard employee management duties: reviews, hiring, termination, and wage recommendations Bachelor’s degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
